Management is unprofessional and disorganized with their treatment of potential tenants. I had called earlier this week and scheduled an apartment showing with Samantha for today at 1pm, I took time off of my full-time work schedule and drove 30 minutes in the rain to the leasing office, just to be given a brochure. Holly told me that allegedly the "groundskeeper took the key this morning" for the apartment that they were going to show me, and allegedly they had sent me a message. I told Holly that I never received a message or call from anyone, and that I would've liked to know ahead of time about the showing cancelation before making the 30 minute drive under the rain. She said, "sorry that you didn't receive the message but we did reach out"- so despite the fact that I showed up even through a potential safety hazard of driving a 30-minute commute in rainy weather and no notifications being given to me verbally or through message in advance, she did not want to take accountability for her company's mistake and at least apologize. If this is the type of treatment they give to a potential tenant, I don't even want to know how they already treat their current tenants. I would advise for anyone interested in leasing to look into other apartments near the area, which are way more professional than this.

Lived here for about three years.

The units themselves are updated, given to you in good shape, and have a great design.

The grounds are clean, management is friendly and extremely responsive whether you need something repaired or have some other issue with your unit or the community.

I've lived in many apartments in Fresno and this has hands down been my best experience.

The only bad thing we experienced was their handling of the deposit. They will ding you for anything and everything you don't get right on your move out.

We lived here for less than a year and we encountered 3 water leak! first was the toilet 2nd was the kitchen sink and third was the bathroom sink. Kitchen water leak took them more than a month to fix. It was a stressful and horrible experience living in this apartment. Cindy the property manager wasn't consistent with the plans, she will promised us one thing but it didn't happened and her supervisor isn't even apologetic about it. The apartment complex is just pretty looking outside but living here is not a good experience. not worth the monthly pay. I'm giving 1 star for rent credit while fixing the apartment but still we didn't live in a nice and quiet place. very inconvenient. just stating based on my personal experience

My wife and I lived here for approximately 2 years before buying a house. They were good to us and very nice and respectful. The clubhouse amenities were amazing and renting the clubhouse was easy and super inexpensive. A few things to nit pick at include the pool being small for the amount of people wanting to use it and move out charges, however it is a safe place and great office staff. While there we also won a free membership to Cru winery (who owns the property) through their raffle events.

I think this is overall a very nice place to live. The grounds are extremely well maintained; the landscaping is kept up very well and it's always clean and quiet. We've needed to do a month-to-month rate when we first moved here and again at the end and the rent is extremely reasonable. The only thing to be aware of is there is a train nearby and the train horn often wakes me up at night because I am a light sleeper. That's probably my only complaint though.

Like previous reviewers have stated the move out fees are not realistic. Rent will continue to go up yearly. A lot of dog owners don't pick up their pet's business which causes you to step on it if you aren't looking down. Overall it was a quiet neighborhood and not terrible to live there.

Do not rent from Villa Sa Vini. The management was extremely unprofessional in handling my application process.

We drove 3 hours down to Fresno to visit Villa Sa Vini, putting in a $20 application fee per person and a $250 deposit. The leasing office agent assured us that this would guarantee a hold on the apartment so that no one else could take it, and that we were ideal candidates given our circumstances.

However, the next day we were not contacted. Two days after our visit, someone from the office called me in the morning and left a voicemail asking for a return call to clarify the application we put in. She called again only four hours later. I was in school and working at a hospital all day, and I had explicitly stated when we applied that after 5PM, weekends, or through email would be the best way to contact me. When I got off my shift around 4:30PM, I called them, ready to send any additional documents they needed.

To my complete surprise, Cyndi told me that they ended up rejecting my application and giving the apartment away to someone else.

So many red flags of poor management:
1) They only waited FOUR hours before rejecting my application, rather than being willing to work with me (especially considering that we had already put down the $250 holding fee!)
2) They completely disregarded the hours and methods of contact that work best for me.
3) They did not even once consider to try contacting my co-applicant.
4) They shamelessly kept trying to convince us to take a different apartment with a move-in date that was too late for us.

I do not recommend Villa Sa Vini. They are not willing to work with you when you apply and will instead happily take your application fee.

This was a highly unprofessional exchange on their part which resulted in us wasting an entire day to visit Fresno and causing us to scramble to find a different apartment. I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere.
