I went to the wheelchair service booth where they gave a quick overall check and replaced my wife's front wheels. They had an app to notify us when it was our turn, which gave us the opportunity roam the Expo instead of queuing up and waiting. The estimated time was rather accurate. Great service was provided to me by the crew from Sunrise at the Ability Expo. I was given a pair of caster wheels for our Jazzy Elite 14 which solved a big problem I was having with loading and unloading the chair from our vehicle using a foldable ramp. Thanks so much!!
