Went to this location in Maryland. We were walking by to meet up with family, we were from out of state and checking out the mall, suddenly I got stopped by a lady named Vanessa and I told her I didn't have time to stop and look, I told her fine eventually but just 20 seconds, which then ended up with me sitting in the chair getting my hair done for more thab 5 minutes and her trying to sell this product which was originally $450, and after I kept saying I could not pat that price she kept lowering and lowering the price, even showing the price she herself could buy it at and said she "talked to her manager" and was gonna give me a deal for some curler/straighter for only $99, and she kept saying my hair looked dry! Constantly! Don't give these places your time. They will bargain, insult you, and waste your time

paseando me detuve por la insistencia de las chicas , que son divinas , les conté que ya tenia el cepillo y lo había dejado en mi país, que era de mi hija. la cuestión que termine comprando nuevamente , con la crema. cuando llegue me arrepentí y volví a devolverlo xq es mucha plata. no quisieron aceptar todo aludiendo a las políticas de devolución que nunca vi. me mandaron a la administración , llene un formulario pero nunca se contactaron conmigo. tengo la bolsa con los productos y el tickets de compra listos para devolver .
una decepción , sigo esperando respuesta ya que me dirigí también al mail de la empresa .

Wow, I am very amazed on how this flat iron worked on my daughters hair. Recently as I as walking the mall on Nuvi, Mi came accross a gentleman Christiano. He demonstrated to me how the flat iron works....and believe me I am no hair guru and I have a very hard time with my daughters thick curl. I've purchased other flat irons before but they just didn't seem to do the job. With this one it became very easy to do! I don't even use hair products on my daughters hair.

She loved it! Her smile was priceless!!! I felt better as a mom helping my daughter feel much better with her silky looking hair now vs all that frizz. Christiano was very plesent and simply educated me how to use the flat iron the right way with ease! I love it!! Thank you so much!!! Dama R.

I originally stopped to look at the beard straightener for my husband before I know it I'm in the chair and my hair is being done... Don't get me wrong my hair looked great and the sales man was amazing at what he did. Before I knew it I bought 3 products NOT EVEN THE BEARD STRAIGHTNER, now I'm mad at my self I spent that kind of money... 30 minutes and my hair has nothing left to it... looking in to the return policy as we speak.

I am honestly upset , on 11/26/2023 I was at Annapolis Westfield mall . I was seriously in a rush . I was aggressively, unprofessionally approached by bell. I mentioned to her that I was in a rushed and she forced me over to see what she was advertising which was a flatiron . She asked me how often I put heat in my hair . I told her rarely because I don’t want my hair processed and develop heat damage. And again I try to leave but she still insisted to hostage me to see what she was advertising.She then grabbed my hair without my permission and says I have heat damage. First off I don’t have heat damage , second I have a mother who is a licensed cosmetologist for over 15 years who teaches me about hair . She highly offended me not every black person hair is heat damaged. And with the heat I felt from that flat iron I hope I don’t end up getting it . My hair is healthy , she even commented I bet you your flatiron doesn’t do that . Instead of an insulting way to speak why not ask what is the features of your flatiron. Her customer service is awful . And before you put a flatiron to somebody hair ask them their hair type to determine what appropriate temperature to use . And I actually seen this flatiron before and was looking into to buy it . But after the experience I had absolutely not ! I don’t know what the other young lady name was but witnessing you aggressively and forcefully greeting two mature black women saying hey girls is entirely disrespectful . I need somebody from this company to contact me to discuss this more URGENTLY because this need to be corrected!

Before you let the bad reviews get to you, those are regional and based on seller and not products. The mall I went at, I was asked permission to get my hair done, was not pressured to, given amazing deal and was even shown the products I was being sold right out of the box! Same products as the demo and same materials! This was at the Lakeland Square mall. 10/10

This is my 3rd time ordering the shampoo and conditioner! Absolutely love it. It last a long time for me! It has helped my hair grow significantly over the past 2 years! I also have the straightener and absolutely love that as well! They are always so nice when reaching out to buy more product! 10/10 recommend!

Love this product!!!! Definitely the best choice I made lately! Vanessa was so helpful, nice and didn’t push me to buy it which I love, explained everything perfectly! Gave me a really good price and lastly was soooo friendly and patient 🙂 definitely recommend!
