At around 1:15 p.m.on Wednesday July 31st, Ms. T. Christopher went above and beyond to assist my client and me with documentation. Had a great experience at the Social Security office today.
The gentlemen that worked on my problem was very helpful and got my issue corrected right away.
I was pleasantly surprised after hearing all the people that say they have problems here. I had about an hour wait but once it was my turn I was taken care of in the most friendly and knowledgeable way by the representative that helped me correct a problem I had signing up on line for Part B Medicare.

They need to change their hours to 3:20 that's when they really close. Have people coming back and forth and give you the run around. This is the worst office in the world always have an attitude and never willing to help. I'm in customer service and they're service is not it. AT ALL . If there were more options to go to another office I would choose the other offices.
The worst place ever. I wouldn't recommend they put the GH in GHETTO. Ridiculous absolutely no stars!

I hadn't been here since it was at a different location. I arrived early, anticipating a long stay, but found a lengthy line outside before they opened. Miraculously, as soon as they opened, all of us were able to enter and were directed to our respective lines. Surprisingly, I didn't even have to wait for 15 minutes. Excellent job! Your careful planning and preparation truly paid off for me.

One of the most efficient offices I’ve visited (and I’ve prob been to about 50 locations with my job!) so organized and had people directing guests to each window. An 11/10 experience !

I have made attempts over the past 2 weeks at different times of the day, to get a representative on the phone to assist with a clients Disability case that was terminated and trying to request for reconsideration. We were disconnected every time after being on hold for over 45 mins.
