This shop is a scam. We took a watch for repair, were charged and paid $120 ahead in cash, with no receipt provided, less than a day later the watch stopped working. Upon returning to the shop and the repair person opening up the watch all the internal screws fell out, his response was to accuse the customer of hitting the watch against a hard surface multiple times or dropping it. If this isn’t ridiculous enough, after further discussion he and his worker decided to take the childish approach of “ignoring our complaint and refusing to speak to me” . All the while accusing my husband of bashing his watch against a hard surface despite the fact it shows no scratches, cracks, etc. Beware of taking your valuable items to this shop, not only do they have no customer service but they are rude, condescending and think nothing of charging customers for repairs that were not done. I welcome their response to this review as they were too childish to even speak to me in person when I attended the shop.

I took my watch here I wish I never did. The guy took one hour to just do a battery replacement on my watch. And after one hour he tells me double the price. I wish that was the only complaint. He scratches all over my watch and now the sensor is broken. I have to send it to Tissot services and it is gonna cost me 400 dollars. Please if you have any valuable watch or anything you care about don't take it to this guy. He is not only unprofessional but a scam artist.

My watch stopped working and SA WATCHES AND JEWELRY replaced the mechanism but after a week or so my watch still didnt show time properly so i returned it and the gentlemen there hold it for another few days to troubleshoot and fix it. I told him however that maybe my watch was just too old and already beyond repair and if its impossible to fix them its okay but he said that no, and he will try to fix it and he did.

Wow it's ridiculous.... The boss is a liar and scammer. I paid for the service and he didn't even fix the watch for me. I have to go to another shop to get my watch fixed again.
