Charged me $250 just to come out and give me an estimate
2 days later I called them back to let them know my insurance company could not read what they had written asked for a typed out estimate one week later I called again for a typed out invoice with no reply third time I called no reply

I’d heard wonderful things about this place so I hired them to do a couple jobs. The first was to replace my existing digital antennae A couple months later I had terrible water leakage from that area into the coach. I removed the new antenna to inspect They hadn’t bothered to caulk the old holes. Nor did they do a good job caulking the new ones. I had to redo it all
The 2nd job was to determine the cause for and fix a leak around my air conditioners. They inspected and told me they needed new seals. I gave them the job. Again after some time the leaks were back. I thought maybe travel had vibrated the seals loose I had someone look at them on the road and they found where the tech hadn’t bothered to scrape up and replace the old caulking I had to pay again to have them all resealed

S&A clearly failed at these tasks. Do yourself a favor and use someone else All this cost me another $800 on top of what they originally charged me. Very disappointed

S&A gave me prompt responses to my phone calls and showed up when promised. Martin and Tim provided an accurate estimate of the repairs necessary to replace the roof of a 12 foot slide-out on my 15- year old park model. Because of their good reputation in our park and a previous job I inspected, I did not obtain a second quote. Martin and Tim worked hard each day and cleaned up very well as they went. They encountered problems but had both the experience and expertise to know how to address them. Even so, they completed the job in less time than forecast, did not "pad " the bill and gave me a detailed invoice. Their service is not cheap but I received an honest, high-quality, professional job for my money. I recommend S&A Mobile RV Repair Service.

DON’T waste your money. I had them come out to my house for an estimate to replace awning and some weatherstripping around the bedroom slide. They charged $75 just to look at it. After multiple attempts to reach them I finally did and the girl said she would get back with me that afternoon and never did. Not sure how you stay in business!!

I have used this service several times, and each time I have been very pleased with their service, knowledge and quick response.
Recently I had a heat pump replaced and apparently misunderstood the thermostat process it used. Larry stopped by and clearly explained what I had been apparently doing wrong for years. They deserve 5 stars.

If you like playing phone tag this is the company for you I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate and was told either Friday or Monday that they would come out did not receive a call until following Tuesday and they said they would come out Wednesday morning which they did not very unprofessional if I could I would rate them below a one star
