Many special screws was done ✔️ until perfect and then a liquid flow was poured. It was amazing to see the Technology change from what we had to jack up was a fractured concrete floor.

I do not recommend SA Flooring's installation services. The installers were late everyday making what was quoted as a 3 day job turn into a 6 day job. Most of the issues we experienced, I initially chose to brush off since the floors were installed with good workmanship, but the fact that we are still dealing with issues days after the installation and that SA Flooring didn't respond to issues brought to them sparked me to leave a review.

Besides the installers always showing up 2-3 hours after the agreed upon start time, there were other problems. We were promised dust-less tile removal and they justified their price based off of this. This was not the case. Dust got everywhere and even made its way upstairs. I removed over 800 sqft of tile prior to hiring them and managed the dust way more efficiently than them. Greg tried to make it up by sending two people over afterwards to clean, but they only cleaned outer surfaces. They didn't clean the dust in the cabinets and drawers which contained the babies dishes and eating utensils as well as our bowls, silverware, plates, cups, etc. I asked them if they could clean inside the cabinets anyway and they replied that they don't usually clean those areas, but will try if they have time. They did not have time. One of the main reasons I wanted professionals to remove the tile in the kitchen was to control the dust better than I could which SA Flooring just could not live up to. To this day, we are still in the process of rewashing everything in the cabinets because of this oversight.

On the topic of cleaning, everyday the installers would leave their energy drinks, water bottles, and lunch trash laying around the house and the outside of the house (I'll include pictures). I assumed they would grab the trash afterwards, but this was not the case. Everyday, I constantly had to go around and cleanup after them once they left. The bottles and cans they left outside would get tossed around by the wind and get into the neighbor's yards. They kept a mound of tile on the front porch which they didn't dispose of until the 6th day.

Going back to the left over monster energy drinks; the last straw was when we came back from out of town to be welcomed by an exploded monster energy drink that they had left in the freezer. The liquid leaked out of the freezer and onto the new floor. Also, the dishwasher lower panel that covers the wires wasn't reinstalled and the second screw is nowhere to be found.

Some of the quarter round that they installed looked like a bad install.

They also neglected to switch the gas valve back on for the oven.

The professionalism demonstrated by those representing this company was very disappointing. I gave two stars because of the actual work performed on the floors was good.

From start to finish we have nothing but good things to say about SA Flooring Perfections. Manuel and his teammate were very polite and worked very efficiently. He even went out of his way to stain the quarter-round in our kitchen to match our cabinets and Greg called each day of the project to make sure everything was running smoothly. We had SA Flooring Perfections install a wood floor in our master bedroom. We worked with Steve, who was very professional and courteous. Their installation team did everything. They pulled out the old carpet, baseboards, and moved the furniture. They were very efficient and did an excellent job installing the floor. SA Flooring Perfections did an excellent job on our project! We needed quite a bit of tile ripped up and then replaced with hardwood flooring. Steven and the ladies at the showroom did a great job helping us with the estimate and choosing the flooring. Despite a scheduling delay that was out of their control, they ended up finishing up the job a day ahead of time once they were able to start working. The installation team headed by Luis was very professional and efficient throughout the whole process. We highly recommend SA Flooring Perfections!

This is the 2nd time we are using them for our flooring needs. This time we asked almost the impossible of them. We were closing on our new home and had several contractors doing different things all at the same time. They basically had just 2 days to do approximately 2400 sq ft of new flooring. They brought over a crew of (7) and did a perfect job on-time and cleaned up their mess like they were never here. My wife and I are so impressed by their work and honoring their promise to get the job done that we will continue to choose them for our needs. We have recommended them to all our friends and family who have been kicking the idea around of getting new floors.

When it came to selection and pricing, you can't beat them. Sure....if you go to Home Depot or Costco you will see cheaper options but they don't include all the hidden costs like mouldings, moisture barriers, professional installation and such. As for selection, we choose a wood product that could stand up to getting wet occasionally and in a color that worked for us.

My wife and I cannot say enough about our experience with SA Flooring Perfection. Greg the owner also came to check on the progress both during and after to make sure we were satisfied. Job well done! Thank you Greg and Kathy!
