Britney was extremely helpful and worked with me to get a master key for my safe. UPS did not deliver within the requested two day shipping period and apparently lost the package. SA Consumer Products (Sports Afield) refunded the shipping cost since the key was received well after the 2day request with extra payment.
Thank you for taking care of your customers and doing the right thing!!! Will recommend you to friends and family!!

I purchased a SA safe almost 3 years ago and the LED lights quit working, so I called customer service. I got such a nice representative (Brooklyn) and she is sending a new light set out to me. What impressed me was that when I called, I immediately got her on the phone and I COULD UNDERSTAND HER! That right there was so important to me. No waiting, no prompts, just old fashioned customer service. Thank you! I would recommend this company for your security needs.

Bought a sanctuary onyx safe, it came with a key that would not open safe, what a Hassle, could not access safe, getting a key that worked from company was a bigger hassle, returned safe to where it was purchased, bought a Sentry Safe with no problems. Do Not Buy Sanctuary Safes, bad manufacturer quality control, bad customer service!

We’ve had problem after problem. Within 1 year the lock needed replaced. Months later the safe would lock but you were still able to open with simply turning the dial. We’ve had the same parts sent to us 3, the last time with a request of a locksmith to install as if we’re incompetent. After replacing again and minimal communication for several employees we tore into the safe and found the issues. We emailed pictures measurements and the issue along with calling and speaking to someone other than the original rep on our file so we again got another “he’s not available so we will give him the information and have him call you”
Today we receive another email (not phone call after 3 messages to do so) saying the locksmith will call us. Again, we’ve already completed this task, and with no help from the team found the issue and yet we are still fighting to even get someone on the phone. Because apparently “managers aren’t available to customers over the phone”. We will not recommend this company!

Faulty safe lock, replaced it with a new safe and send a check to make up for the difference. Outstanding customer service, email responses fast. Lifetime warranty on their products, no wonder Costco carries their brand.

Bought a safe from this company through tractor supply. They sent me a faulty safe then replaced it with another faulty safe. Now they want to say its my fault that they sent me faulty products and wont refund my money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. By the way customer service is absolutely horrible also. Seems to be a scam of a company

My particular situation was finally resolved only after multiple phone calls, multiple emails, multiple complaints, talking to multiple people, and for throughout multiple weeks. When my particular situation was finally resolved saying it has been one big headache is an understatement.
