Great food, and great service! Enjoyed everybit of this meal. Had the lumpia, siomai, pancit, and chicken adobo. Lumpia comes out slightly oily, mainly because they're very fresh and right out the fryer. Really crunchy and nicely rolled filled with the minced meat. Went well with the sweet and sour sauce. Siomai was fantastic, very good flavor just by itself. Comes with Soy sauce and Chili oil. Chili oil does have a nice kick to it but very good. Good combination with the sauces. Pancit, also delicious. Nice soft flavor of soy and hints of basil. And lastly the adobo chicken. Simple dish but very good. Meat fell right off the bone, no struggle at all. Adobo flavor went all the way down to the bone and nothing overpowering either. First time having filipino food so not sure what to base it off of, but a very high start as far as the flavor. This is a food truck, so portions are as expected, and dishes and decently priced. I will definitely be back!

Tried the Pancit, Lumpia and Bistek and was surprised at how delicious everything was! My sons Lola taught me how to make some Filipino dishes since it's always been hard to find good Filipino food around here, but I'm so happy I've found somewhere that I can enjoy without always cooking 🙂 everything was hot and fresh too! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu! And my son is super excited for when he visits Florida again to be able to have a good Filipino place to eat!

Food is amazingly delicious and prices are good!
I had the bbq combo - The meat is so tender & yummy of course! I’d like a side of vinegar for dipping so that’s the only thing missing on this dish for me.
Lumpia Shanghai - the size & portion is perfect! The filling is delish as well!
Siomai - Yummy! The condiments (soy sauce, chili garlic oil and lemon) are perfectly paired with it.
Halo-Halo - is just perfect! Not too sweet and all the ingredients are perfectly balanced. The taste of the roasted pinipig is so good!
Authentic Filipino dishes! I will definitely come back for more!
Thank you mga ate & nanay!

The portions are small for the price, and the taste needs a lot to improve; merely blunt. It lacks uniqueness and is way too expensive compared to other Filipino restaurants in Tampa. One vivacious is that a daily special sale without rice! My wife is highly disappointed.

I was excited to try Maganda Cuisine, a Filipino food truck I saw on Facebook. The pictures of their dishes looked incredible, but unfortunately, the reality fell far short. Photos were grabbed from the internet?

Having enjoyed other Filipino restaurants in the area, this experience was a major letdown. Not only were the portions tiny, but the prices were high. The spring rolls were a greasy mess, overly salty and unappetizing. My kare-kare was more like soup than the rich stew it should be. The adobo, a classic Filipino dish, was a meager serving.

To top it off, the halo-halo and siomai were equally disappointing. This entire experience left me feeling discouraged about Filipino food in general. Frankly, if I were the owner, I'd be embarrassed to serve such unappetizing and bland dishes, especially considering the high prices.

So far have tried the lumpia, siomai and pork sisig. Everything was very good. I wish the serving size of sisig was bigger but it comes with rice so it’s a good value for the price. Will be trying more of the menu but so far so good and always happy to see Filipino cuisine options expanding in the area. Try them out!

Maganda Cuisine Foodtruck, located conveniently near the Brandon Oriental Market, is a delightful gem for anyone craving authentic Filipino food.

I started with the lumpia, a classic Filipino spring roll, which was crispy and perfectly seasoned. The pork adobo followed, and it was a standout. The tender pork, marinated in a rich, savory sauce, was incredibly flavorful and comforting.

My wife chose the siomai and chicken inasal. The siomai, a type of steamed dumpling, was delicate and juicy, with a delightful blend of spices. The chicken inasal, a grilled chicken dish marinated in a mixture of calamansi, vinegar, and spices, was equally impressive. The chicken was succulent, with a smoky, tangy flavor that was both simple and deeply satisfying.

Afterwards we bot enjoyed a halo-halo that was perfect refresher after spending all day in the hot summer sun. It was a perfect mixture of halohalo ingredients without being to sweet or overdone. The staff are equally gracious and accommodating and really shine with the warm hospitality the Phillipines in known for.

Overall, Maganda Cuisine offers a food experience that is both delicious and true to the spirit of Filipino cuisine. The dishes are simple yet rich in flavor, reflecting the essence of traditional Filipino cooking.

I was craving for a good authentic Pilipino food . Don’t give me wrong I can cook but I wanted to try someone else cooking , I was in Brandon area today visiting my kids so I use google and Magandang Cuisine wasn’t too far so decided to give them a try my first time here . Upon aproaching the counter to order a lady behind the counter greeted us with a smile and was very friendly my first impression was great . then I proceeded to order and wait for my orders the lady behind the counter came out and talked to us found out the this is actually a family owned . Got to say that not only the food was very good and tasty we did not wait to long for our orders to come out . My son said that the Bbq was delicious and Norilyn and her parents was very nice. Highly recommend
