Came in to this location for a suit jacket and was greeted and assisted by Natasha. She was very kind and knowledgeable about their items. She made this visit quick and seamless. She really knows her stuff and was able to answer all of my questions regarding suits and measurements. I recommend this location for any of your suit or dress attire needs.

Natasha was a one woman show in there, she was assisting 3 customers at once even though there was another employee there who was supposed to be helping her out but did absolutely nothing. Natasha’s professionalism and customer service deserves 10 stars!!

Went in to buy dress shirts. First, no one came to help me. Second, they would not let me try on the shirt I wanted to and kept pushing me to try on a completely different shirt simply because it was ALMOST the same size. Third, I tried on said shirt and it stunk and was musty. Fitting as the whole store was musty and disgusting. The fitting rooms smelled bad too. Don’t come here.

I came in and there was only one employee out front helping another customer. He was taking his time and helping him go through different selections and walking him through tie colors that would fit the shirts he was buying. I thought “Great! Customer service here is awesome. I can wait my turn” and started looking at stuff myself. The customer paid and left and to my surprise, I was not provided with the same service. I needed help finding some shirts that would fit and the employee helped me find the section, but as soon as another customer entered the store and started looking, the guy RAN over to them to tell them about discounts that were being offered. I ended up finding what I needed, but man that dismissal was not what I was expecting. I wonder what the criteria is for good customer service?
