This store is nice. The help I received was fast when I entered the store. It has many of the things I needed and lots of stuff I could get to restock things at home. The club membership is worth it when you visit here often. Also get the warranty on the electric tools or the tools that will take a beating. It’s worth getting for the replacement. They had the exact parts I needed and I was in and out quickly.

Poor customer service. Plus won't let paying customer use restroom and tell you "restrooms been cleaned 10 minutes ago". That has nothing too doo with a customer using them. Don't have them if you don't want anyone using them. I will be calling corporate and complaining.

The manager is very unprofessional and rude to employees. Everytime I go into this store she is putting down an employee and it makes it very awkward. There is always new employees it seems here and when they don’t know something instead of correcting them in private or RESPECTFULLY helping them she belittles them and will do the most obvious eye roll in front of the customers. I’ve seen this happen EVERY time I’ve been here when she comes out and hoping she will read this and change her managerial style because it makes for a very awkward and bad experience for customers. She’s trying to embarrass her employees but is actually embarrassing herself

There whole staff childish lier, they refuse me to use their restroom because they said their restroom closed n I seen one their employee using restroom n I ask Jonathan(one of harbor tools employee) n his childish answer makes me laugh he said that’s employee restroom n their no sign of employee restroom, n I bought like $250 stuff, harbor tools need to be hire some good n serious liars not childish lier, when I told their cashier where’s employee restroom sign n she said they don’t need it, come on grow up schools over lil kids 😂

I bought a press tool set that was not the right one and a marker light and returned them. And my husband bought the wrong tool for ball joints and they black balled me and wont sell me anything because they dont carry the tools.

Store is pretty clean, for a Harbour Freight. Staff is friendly and helpful. The Bauer line of tools are very decent for the price. A major improvement for HF.
