Hi. I emailed at the start of 2024 to see if I could get help with certification, they replied on January 23rd saying to call on Monday January 29th. So I did on the 29th and no answer, then called again on the 30th and still no reply. Then I waited til march 8th and called again and still no reply. Then didn’t hear anything after 5 months. In august I started to call and leave more messages. By phone on August 20th, September 12th and by email again on August 28th. I have needed to try to get an appointment for around 7/8 months and still nobody has gotten back to me besides the very first email stating to call on January 29th.

I’m posting on behalf of my mother.. Not to be ungrateful but we got a bunch of yogurt which doesn’t help a lactose intolerant child, we also didn’t get any fruits. We are very grateful but disappointed as now our lactose intolerant child has barley anything to eat. Yes I understand it’s donation based but when I see tons of people loading their cars they have a whole bunch of fruit and food, no cereal or nothing but they can get boxes and boxes of food for 2 people. Update: I was looking at the dates on the cans and the corn I had received is way past it’s edible date (December 2015) I cannot find an email to send pictures to

I'm really amazed at the great quality of food we got from here - Many thanks to all the staff and volunteers. The staff are so hard working they were working outside in the cold and brought the food out our car! God bless you. Awesome caring customer service. I have never been to a food bank in my life but covid19 has caused job loss - and this food bank has come to rescue my family. Thanks again. God bless you all.

Great people helping out and wonderful atmosphere. The workers made sure I had nearly everything I needed. Super kind. They do need to not put the snow to the edge of sidewalk as no one can safely get onto the sidewalk from their car.
