Definitely a rip-off for $108 dollars. Some of the fruit tasted a bit slimy and rancid the next day. The pineapple was still hard, not ripe, and flavourless. I wasted my money and the fruit has been thrown out.
NEVER AGAIN.
$16 to deliver within 10 minutes.

I received one of your baskets recently when my MIL had passed. I would never think to send one of your baskets but what a welcomed change! Fruit was fresh, sweet cold upon arrival. Delivery was excellent ! Very polite and very compassionate given the circumstances. The beautiful white chocolate doves (pineapple) were sweet and very fresh. A wonderful idea ! Highly recommend

Make sure the whole order gets delivered. I ordered fruit platter and paid additional for addons of flowers and balloons. The order was delivered but the balloons were not (paid extra for it). Firstly, no one from the store called me to inform me (the recipient of the platter told me she didn’t get the balloons). I called the store and the staff was confident that it was delivered because the delivery person took it from the store, after requesting to cofirm with the delivery person the store calls me back saying the delivery person is say it’s not their fault because the balloon flew away. This is the lamest excuse I heard, but regardless there was no sense of responsibility. I had to literally say it’s not my fault it wasn’t delivered and all she said was she can refund for the balloon. Doesn’t solve the issue and I wonder how many pay for service that doesn’t get delivered. Store should have at least tried to make it right.

Purchased one for Valentine’s Day and it didn’t look like the pictures (smaller portion then pictured on website) at all also the delivery driver didn’t even ring the bell and left it outside my house.. I had no idea what time it was coming. Won’t be ordering again.

I ordered a platter in advance for my Birthday on Saturday and asked my husband to pick it up as I couldn't drive due to having a concussion.
I totally forgot about the order and my husband did as well. I got a call from the store reminding me I had missed my pick up time. I advised them Sunday I would get it picked up and asked my sister to take me, she was so busy and couldn't make the closing time deadline I was sadden by this but I called and just advised them to donate it to someone. "As much as I was looking forward to it I didn't want it to go to waste". The staff advised me I could get it the following day. And I agreed.
However shortly after I was called and advised it could be delivered to me as the staff had to pass my house to get home. I was so shock and happy because I didn't request or payed for delivery I was amazed by this random act of kindness.
In addition to Abby and Niloufar taking my order to me, I was given a treat! A cheese cake that tasted so good with candles on it and "Happy Birthday". They went above and beyond to ensure I got my order and everything was fresh.
It was my first time ordering here at this location and it definitely won't be my last.
Thank you so much Abby & Niloufar for the amazing customer service experience, we were able to enjoy our fresh fruits because of your kindness. You both went above and beyond to make a difference. You are both truly appreciated.

Today I purchased a package from this store through the Too Good To Go app for $8, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The food provided was of extremely low quality, packaged in a dirty container, and overall worth far less than $5 if purchased from other stores while they advertised it as $24 worth of fruits.
While I understand the concept of the app is to reduce food waste by offering items at a discount, that shouldn’t mean providing subpar or poorly handled products. Customers still expect the food to be safe, clean, and reasonably valuable for the price.
I wouldn’t recommend buying from this store, especially through this app. The idea behind Too Good To Go is great, but it’s important that stores participating uphold a basic standard of quality and hygiene.
