The food, the place, the service and the people are exceptional. Been ordering cake from Dessert Anatomy for every occasion since they opened up and every single order does not disappoint, in fact most of the time i find myself having to order for a second one coz my family feel like we just cant get enough of it once we start diggin in. Service, owner and the ambiance is phenomenal. Highly recommended for anything gastronomic. Proof is the images. Its like blink of an eye disappearance. BAM!

Dessert Anatomy is our new and favorite go-to for filipino desserts in the Loma Linda area! We ordered an Ube cake for our mom's 80th birthday and Dessert Anatomy did not disappoint. Customer service/communication was on point during the ordering process. Genuinely invested in accommodating and/or addressing every ask we had, they had a lot of questions for us to make sure they were clear on what we wanted. The attention to design and detail exceeded our expectations. We wanted the flowers to look realistic, just as we had seen on their social media. GORGEOUS. GORGEOUS. GORGEOUS (see pictures below). Truly a work of art. The cake was delicious. Dense, moist cake, full of flavor, akin to a sumptuous vanilla (for those who have not tried ube) with rich ube frosting. And most importantly, our filipino mom's highly discriminating taste buds were more than satisfied which was literally, THE icing on the cake. She was immensely happy with it all. Thank you Dessert Anatomy for your work and delicious experience! We'll be back.

I love this Cafe. Yummy desserts. I bought their ube cake for my kids Piano recital and everyone loved it. The cupcakes are great too.
Super recommended.
I also applaud them for dedicating a portion of their earnings to mission work.

Our go-to place for halo-halo this summer. Their yema is also our favorite. Ube, I think is their signature flavor but I love their moist chocolate cake & cupcakes-really moist & not too sweet. The place is really cute & IG-able. For sweet-tooths out there, a must-try when you’re in the area.

I ordered 24 customized nursing cupcakes for my party from Dessert Anatomy, and they exceeded my expectations! The cupcakes were delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness, and the designs were adorable. Flavors i got were Ube, chocolate and red velvet. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Ate Janine!

I'm not big on desserts but this place's cake and halo halo is so bomb. Customer service is awesome. The staff is really sweet and you can tell they really care. Highly recommend! Loma Linda is lucky to have this place.

What a lifesaver! We were in a bit of a panic trying to find a last-minute cake for our daughter's first birthday, and this place came to the rescue. Not only did they accommodate us on such short notice, but they also managed to create a cake that turned out to be our absolute favorite.

The cake was not only delicious but also a work of art. It was beautifully decorated and exceeded our expectations in every way.
