This review is long overdue, to be honest. I've only ever had great experiences at Chicken Salad Chick, and not just this location but all I've been too. And not just a "no issues" experience, but rather, it's always above and beyond.
The food is always fresh and really delicious, I also think it's an extremely fair price for all you get (they even throw in a little cookie for dessert).
What prompted me to finally leave this well deserved review is that I ordered food to be delivered because they were running a promotion where you got a free scoop. However, I couldn't get it to apply to my order and I ended up giving up and ordering anyway because at that point I was hungry and craving their delicious chicken salad. What a pleasant surprise to find out that they'd thrown in the free scoops all the same and I was able to eat it for lunch the following day! I was also pleasantly surprised with how fresh the food was even for delivery.
I just have no words, the employees are also always sweet and kind. I will definitely be coming back. Maybe it's a good thing that there isn't a location closer to me because I'd spend all my money there.

Food was excellent. I had the Classic Salad with a scoop of Fancy Nancy Chicken Salad. The cookies are so good. Service was great. They were very patient with us since it was our first time

Went to this location today for first time! I ordered Dixie chick chicken salad. It tasted just okay. The onions in it were however huge pieces! Please show these young folks how to make food properly. I also ordered piece of red velvet cake. The cake was very dry!! This location is not for me!!

I am a chicken salad fanatic! I like every variety offered at CSC. I enjoy their pimento cheese and soups too...loaded baked potato soup...yes!!! The little butter cookie dessert is a perfect end to every meal

First time eating at Chicken Salad Chick and it was great. They have a wide selection of artisan chicken salads. I got the trio platter that could easily feed two people or be 2 meals. Staff was friendly, store was super clean, food was fresh. This place checks all the boxes!

Great place for lunch! OMG! Great chicken salad! We had the classic carol and the fancy Nancy.. both incredible. Chicken poblano soup was amazing! I would go here any chance you get. Restroom was clean, dining area clean with cute tablecloths.

Always a pleasure to come here. I have tried almost every single sandwich. The soups are very tasty and the broccoli salad is one of my favorite. Nothing fancy, but a nice relaxing atmosphere and good humble food.

The lady that took the order was very knowledgeable and polite but it just didn’t feel very clean. It had an “old musty smell” to the restaurant. The ladies room wasn’t very clean. The tablecloths were sticky and all askew. The food was ok I guess. It was hard to eat the grape salad as the grapes were whole and not cut in half.
