In my 20 years of Trucking, this is by far the worst place I’ve ever delivered to nobody’s working everybody’s in and out taking cigarette breaks. They must be a union shop. Unbelievable. I’ve been here for 12 hours to unload three pallets three pallets horrible customer service horrible workers, rude obnoxious lazy.

These idiots need to come up with a better way of running this place. I'm guessing the employees have a union. When you walk in there's a desk with signs on it telling you to check in there, but the actual check in desk is around the corner. They make you wait 2 hours before they tell you where the real one is. They have a machine that scans your driver's license that does not work. They do absolutely everything at a snail's pace. They want you to think there's no other way, but the truth is they're just lazy and stupid. A normal person with average IQ could figure out a better process.

That’s a stupid place to pick up the peoples are nice who load me. You gotta print out the paperwork at your own orelse they charge $25 for one page that’s ridiculous because of the broker he don’t give me the instructions so I have to go to the closest truck stop to print out the paperwork.

All I can say is all comments are true about checking in and waiting for a door to be unloaded, though the staff seemed helpful but no one is in a big hurry to get your truck unloaded, but again I don't know the process here, but will not be delivering here again!!!

Print out your paperwork before go there it’s 25$ feet if you want them to print it out , Nice workers , quick and easy loading

People that work here aren't happy with their jobs. They get annoyed about anything and anyone and as a feedback you can expect an attitude from most of the employees. Very slow loading and unloading so be prepared for quite some time measured in hours of wait time before they get you started. I don't like giving one star even they easily qualify for the one but I'll give them two as for the opportunity to improve by the time I come back (if) next time.
Overall I don't recommend this place.

Maybe airport cargo departments need to be shuffling these employees every couple of months. It’s very unfair for drivers to get unprofessionally treated by employees and be made to wait for loads that already ready & processed. What seems to be the problem at such places? Is it management, or the employees under management? Are the computers slow or are those operating them slow? Do they have enough employees to work or are the ones there fatigued and probably need to be replaced?

This place is ridiculously very slow and unprofessional for an airport-shipping cargo company. Something needs to be done for business to continue. 4hrs and it don’t seem like there is hope to be loaded anytime soon. Such a shame.
