I will be moving to the area for work and came across these apartments. At first Cheyenne was quick to respond to my messages but suddenly the messages stopped. Once I went back to the website I seen there is no longer any units available. It would be nice if someone could have responded back to let me know this. Otherwise I would be sitting around waiting for their response back regarding availability, when I'm already in a rush to find something before my orientation day.

Just checked out a two bedroom one and a half bath unit. Everything is beautiful and in pristine condition. Elegant. Think I found my new home. Will definitely apply. The front office staff is very kind and professional.

The pros:
The apartments are beautiful inside and out. There seems to be a great energy in terms of the functional/business aspect of this location. The staff is always nice and tries to be accommodating when there is a problem. Assigned parking, great location, and awesome amenities.

The cons:
I initially chose this location because I needed a quiet place to work. One hundred percent of my job is from home (meetings, conferences, and presentations) and I can work from 8-10 hours, 6 days a week. This rigorous meeting schedule requires a kind of quiet that can accommodate meeting facilitation and presentation participation. Depending on your neighbor you may not get the luxury of a quiet place to work IF you work from home. Again, depending on your neighbor. Also, an interesting fact, I found that if you play loud music in the apartment it can go unnoticed on the outside of the apartment but your neighbors can hear it. Almost as if the apartment is soundproof by the exterior walls but not the internal structure. Anyway...

The office attempted to accommodate me and I’m appreciative of them I believe they tried but I think this kind of issue may be beyond their control which is prompting me to have to find a new place to live. So I'm putting in my 30-day notice after one month.

I hate that I have to leave because I love this apartment but I need to keep my job. Wish me luck.

They are very rude behavior girl in there lease office and I ask you have any apartment available and she said I don't have any and she don't care what I ask to her and no worries about our questions

Really nice location. They have a gym.
The only down fall is there is not nearly enough drawers or cupboards in the kitchen. And the bathrooms don’t have any drawers. Just a sink with with under the sink storage only.

Worst parking in any complex I’ve ever seen.

UPDATE: Avalon reached out and made it a point that I am not a resident. Seeing how that does not matter and I did have family I would visit at this establishment as a guest, the review remains the same and for them to quickly first check that I was a resident, says they don't care and just want a reason to not validate my review.
