Lamentablemente, tuvimos una experiencia terrible con el servicio de la Embajada de España en Washington. No contestan el teléfono, no responden a los correos electrónicos, y cuando llegamos a la embajada en persona, no nos atendieron. Teníamos un caso de emergencia y, lamentablemente, no pudimos hacer nada al respecto. Es increíble cómo no parece haber una representación adecuada de España en Washington. La frustración es enorme, ya que el servicio fue realmente pésimo y no pudimos obtener la ayuda necesaria en un momento crítico.

Absolutely awful agency/company. I needed a basic student VISA to study abroad and I encountered problems at every single step due to workers not knowing how to do their jobs. I was told my VISA would take 3-4 weeks to process and be ready and it took them over 2 months. I had to go to my advisor at college to even get my VISA back in time. They are impossible to contact, I often had to spend 40 minutes on hold or was forced to email them due to them “not taking inquiries by phone”. If there was any way I could’ve avoided coming here I would’ve.
