With A.C.'s A/C Services, I had a wonderful experience. Austin was very approachable and highly qualified. He patiently explained the services being offered to me and made sure my air conditioner was operating properly. I was quite grateful that Julia had contacted me prior, to let me know that Austin would be running a bit behind schedule. Excellent, respectful, and witty customer service. I was grateful that they could service me the same day, especially given this to be a busy season. Before A.C.’s A/c company came, my house would get to 78 degrees mid day and my electricity bill doubled from last month. Austin showed up and instantly seen the issue. Very knowledgeable and broke down what was causing the issues and how he was going to address it. Within the hour and before he left my house I started to see results on the thermostat. Will use again and would recommend to friends and family.
