Been coming to pines and needles for years. We first went to Kingston location and really didn't like the service at all. Came here to the WIMBLEDON PARk location and VICTORIA was absolutely

I couldn’t be happier with my Christmas tree from Ian at Wimbledon Pine and Needles! The whole experience was super smooth, and Ian was incredibly friendly and helpful. The tree is absolutely stunning—perfect shape, lush, and smells amazing. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes pride in what he does. It’s hands down the best tree I’ve had in years, and I’ll definitely be going back next year. Highly recommend!

Ian was super friendly and didn’t rush us in choosing our tree. He gave helpful advice on watering and made sure we had everything we needed. He carried it to the car too!

Very beautiful place and a great team. Victoria guided us very well and wrapped the 8ft tree by herself which made it very easy to carry.
The trees look amazing in general and you can find any size of tree.

Pines and Needles in Wimbledon weren't carrying the Norway Spruce as they have in the past, which is the tree we prefer, hence the 4 stars. However, 5 stars to Tania who was an absolute superstar. Despite my hesitation at purchasing a different tree than our usual, she was very friendly, helpful, and patient, which made a big impact on the decision to still purchase from P&N this year. Thank you!
