You will not regret hiring Al and his team. They're extremely professional and efficient. Al always returned my calls and was willing to help answer questions any way he could. They went through deep brush and a creek to find my back property line without a single complaint. His prices are very reasonable for the area and his skill. My neighbor disputed the line and got another surveyor out and he was directly in line with Al's original stakes. He's going to do the job right and you can be confident where your property line falls.

Al Gaskins did the survey on my property soon after I purchased it. He was very friendly and efficient. I have contacted him twice since he did the survey in September of last year, 2016 to get a copy of the survey for my records to no avail. I did however recommended him to my new neighbors who were very pleased with his work. I did not give 5 stars because of this missing document and/no return phone call.

Al Gaskins and his team were fantastic to work with in getting property surveyed in Fulton County. We had a short window to work in and he was very accommodating. (Ricky even let us borrow some bug spray while onsite!) They were professional and super knowledgeable and used state-of-the-art equipment which made the work more time efficient. The acreage is now staked properly and my family has a better understanding and appreciation of the whole process. I'm so thankful to have these guys do this kind of work--ethics, integrity and character is so important. If we have the opportunity to use a surveyor in the future, I will definitely be giving Al a call.

Contacted Al, and he told me he would give me a call later that day. He was in the field, he texted me the next day (Thursday)and said he would come out Monday. I texted Al around 3PM on Monday, because I didn't hear from him. No reply, so I texted again at 4PM and asked for his ETA. No Reply. That's not the way you handle business. I turned other surveyors down because I thought he was going to come out.

5 years and still no return call. No copy of the survey. I was conned. Total waste of money.
