I ordered 10 yards of fabric for a prom dress from Saeed,he didn’t have it in the store so he had to bring it from the storage!I told him we will return to pick up fabric a bit later!
When we returned it was already cut in a bag,I said I needed to make sure is 10 yards because otherwise we will have issues,he said I even put a bit more!
So my bad I trusted him!Wanted to get out of there quickly as all these guys are quite creepy and make women uncomfortable around them !We started working with the fabric just to realize it was barely 7.5 yards!
I called him to let him know and he got an instant attitude!He is a rip off and a liar!
Stay away from this store!Creepy too as other customers mentioned as well!

The older gentleman running the store was so sweet! There was a large selection of fabrics on clearance that I just adored. I went inside to see other items and he even offered a discount since I was buying so much. I will absolutely stop buy again for my next project!

I have known Saeed for many years.

Last week, he sold us a couple of rolls. I trusted him on the amount of cloth these rolls contained. We were surprised later that one of the rolls had only 51 yards when Saeed told us it would have 81 yards. We needed the full length and this became a big challenge. As stage builders we buy hundreds of yards at a time trusting the whole salers at their word.

As an old man that we respected, liked and helped whenever we could, we felt Saeed would be disappointed as well.

That was the not case. He called us liers and demanded we bring the full rolls back.

A loss of $100 is inconsequential in wholesale. That he thought we would make a fruadulent claim, is simply disgusting. Plain stupidity unless he is just no longer sane.

We will never ever visit him again after 10's of thousands of business with him.

I suggest you avoid this place.

If you do buy anything, do not trust him. Make him and watch him measure everything.

As for his brother, he is rude and leers at women. We never liked him and neither will you.

I will post this on many websites as a public service. It is time S&A Fabrics is shut down.

I will post pictures of the labels from both rolls. They both say 51 yards though barely legible which may have led to Saeed's misreading. As an old man, that is excusable. Calling long time buyers, who regularly enquired after his health, liers and fraud is not excusable.
