Excellent boba drinks and great service. Royal was particularly cheerful and focused on what we wanted and made them for us promptly.

We had the classic black boba with 25% sugar, it was delicious. We’d definitely like to come back again when we are in town.

Ordered oolong with almond jelly no milk , so tea is a little bit un - smooth , but strong flavors.
Service is nice , they re-make my order quickly.

Ordered two different matcha lattes on October 2nd around 3:00pm; this was the first time I've ever experienced Boba Guys serve half cooked boba 😭😭 the insides of the boba were hard and the outside was strangely slimy. I could have just had the one off batch they ever make, because usually, this place is great. My drink tasted fantastic but I sadly had to transfer it to another container then threw out the inedible boba. I hope this store finds a way to ensure quality boba in each batch in future.

First time going to the Boba Guys while visiting Los Altos for an appointment. Service was quick and friendly, I ordered their Ube Latte and their Ube Snickerdoodle - both of which I would highly suggest to those familiar and fans of the flavor, while my brother got the Korean Banana milk. I had a sip of his and the flavor was delicious as well. Very strong natural flavors on both drinks.

Excellent service! Excellent drinks! Excellent stop at Los Altos!

Boba guys, unlike many other pearl tea places doesn't drench their boba in sugar so when you say 0% sweetness, it's actually not sweet.

Worker took the time to explain that Hojicha Latte comes with 2 pumps of syrup so we can opt for 1 pump to lighten the sweetness.

Price is still relatively reasonable too.

I have never ever tasted such yummy, delicious boba drink, even the tapioca balls were so tasty, delicious. The pink pitaya a seasonal drink is one of my absolute favorite’s. I am thankful to the Boba stuff for making me last seasonal special though !!

They’re having a soft opening right now with hours opening from 1pm to 6pm, Thursday to Sunday. Service is quick, even with the line outside.

I’m glad that they’ve opened a spot in downtown Los Altos. Have been to other Boba Guys locations and this is the closest one.

Boba Guys customer support has been horrible despite being a loyal customer. Have literally been emailing them for 3 months about the same simple question about their straws, and have yet to get an answer. They post a support email on their social media page and website, you can email it, but NEVER hear back with an answer. Last response I got was telling me to contact their app development company, which had nothing to do with my question. Boba guys really needs to work on basic communication with their customers.
