Was looking for a gift for my father’s anniversary and stopped by at this Omega Boutique in Beverly Center. RYAN helped me a lot to find the watch, he was patient with me because I wasn’t really sure what exactly I wanted to get, he was friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to help me choose a right watch. We ordered Omega Constellation 39mm, they didn’t have it in stock and it took 2 business days to get them. RYAN is a professional, very nice guy, very knowledgeable about hiw job.
I would definitely recommend this Omega store to my friends and family. Ask for Ryan, he’s the best

I purchased 2 Omegas from the Beverly boutique this month. Nikkie Chan is the sales professional that helped me with both purchase of the Speedmaster 3861 as well as the SMP 300M. The experience and service I received from Omega is far superior than any other major luxury brand!

A week after purchasing the 42MM SMP I began to notice the watch being too big for my 6.25 wrist and the watch has lost significant wrist time due to the weight and uncomfortable fit on my small wrist. I called and went back in the boutique hoping I could possibly exchange the SMP for a mid-size Seamaster.

Upon arriving, Raymond was assisting another client with her inquiries regarding her piece and I was greeted by another associate in the boutique who offered me a fine bottle of water. Few minutes later, Raymond closely inspected my SMP for no significant signs of scratches and wear (the watch has only been worn 3 times and I’m super careful with all my watches), we then moved forward with an exchange for the 38MM AT.

During this whole visit, Raymond and I along with another male associate discussed about how the watch industry has evolved during the pandemic, as well as some current events that occurred in the past week. Super easygoing and knowledge gentlemen, running the entire showroom floor all by himself and assisted me within minutes upon arrival.

Nonetheless, the Beverly Omega Boutique will be my go to location for all my future purchases from Omega. I will certainly recommend this boutique to anyone that is interested in getting an Omega! Superb service and courteous sales professional!

Couldn’t decide between old generation Moonwatch 1861, new generation 3861 and a FOIS. Rohan spent 2 weeks tracking down all three for me to try on before making my decision. He never rushed nor pressured me and the experience was wonderful. As was the service and friendliness in the boutique itself. I finally decided on the FOIS. Lovely experience and can’t wait to be back for more.

Garry Chen is a fantastic example of that. And even though this watch was purchased directly through Omega online and not Garry, he took pride in assisting us fully. Raymond,

I hope this email finds you doing well. I wanted to compliment you on the professionalism and amazing customer service of your staff. I bought my first Omega watch from your store over a year ago. Even during that visit, I felt like family based on how everyone treated me. Unfortunately, my Omega watch had a screw loose on the band so I had to come in hoping it could be fixed. I entered your store today and Rohan came up to see what was needed. I thought I was going to have to come back to get the watch, and with a 6-mile trek it makes the trip less than convenient. He asked if I could wait around for 20-30 minutes. He also offered me a beverage while I waited which I politely declined. Then Garry, who sold me my watch came up and greeted me. He talked to me a little about that watch and how it can happen, but Rohan will get me fixed right up. He also showed me some nice pieces which unfortunately I wasn't in a position today to buy. We did look at a nice band for my Seamaster which I am buying. While he was back checking to see if he could get a clasp overnighted Sylvia asked me if I could use a drink. You don't have to ask me twice because usually I'll say yes (Garry don't ask me twice on a new watch when I come back in 😀), I told her I'll take an espresso. I am in sales/customer service, and I work with a great CEO. Like Richard Brandon's philosophy, if you go above and beyond for your employees, they'll do the same for your clients. And in my experience your staff represents these qualities! Anytime I can refer Garry and your store I will.

Purchased my first Omega here this past weekend. Rohan helped me out. This was a big purchase for me, and the team there was helpful, showed me a few other options that were out of my price range, but were not pushy at all. Not only did I get a great watch but it came with a nice wood display box and a bottle of champagne. The watch is amazing and I was really impressed with the customer service they showed me.
