The customer service personnel are very professional and knowledgeable. The banks always look nice and have security. The bank obviously had ongoing education and old school manners. I really feel comfortable at this bank.

After the branch on Beverly closed down 6 years ago, our accounts were assigned to the Larchmont branch. But that branch is too far so we started using this branch for our business banking. Everyone here has been especially kind and helpful: Johnny, Marat, Gabby... I love coming to this branch and I have always received top-notch VIP service here.

U s bank service change a lot use to be good ever since the merge had the union employees especially 800 number services it’s been very different and. Not helpful at all.

The branch manager assistance is so rude. I came in and right away had an attitude . Then the branch manager also had an attitude I felt frightened of how bad his energy was they did not want to hear my issue. I was trying to explain my situation and he just brushed it off waving his hand like get out of here . Gave me a weird feeling I am 62 and do not need this treatment so early in the morning. They sure are not happy because it was 9:30 and were not happy to assist. No wonder my co workers in the us bank building are closing their accounts with us bank. The previous branch managers were so gracious I wasn’t afraid to walk in and ask for assistance. I am working on getting my account transfer to another bank. Not happy.

The lobby security on the weekend was chatting with other staff all the time and not quite willing to help when I asked. He didn't know what to do and called other people come to help after he mess up a while.

They have locked my money down since the beginning of October. I am now being evicted. Johnny Chon has dodged all of my attempts to contact him and have him help me with my situation. They keep making up claims that occurred after my account was closed and locked down so I must have guessed the number to say was fraud. All I want is my account closed and my money back and to be done from this despicable bank immediately.

The worst parking garage experience in my entire life. The attendant was holding us hostage because his machine broke and was only letting us through if we paid cash. We don’t carry cash and went into the garage initially with the understanding that it was credit card only. One hour later, we were still waiting in the garage. It was until the manager showed up that they let us through.

Absolutely the worst bank ever. It is impossible to get ahold of someone at the bank. The bank thinks that I am a fraud and I cannot access my money. I have been on the phone for more than 3 hours / no answer. I am desperate to get my money so that I can pay rent. This bank does not care. Do not go to this bank. Maybe they will see this review and help. Please, I am so desperate. I do not want to be evicted. I am unable to pay my bills. PLEASE , I am crying for help and I do not know what to do. Maybe just maybe , I can get some help from this post. Please help me, do not get me evicted.
