I have a banana nut bread warmed up addiction. I can't make anything close to it at home. Convenience of going through drive through yet the server took time to talk to me and made my day after 12 HR work day. Made a friend great experience!

I used to love this location, the people there are nice and friendly. I love the workers who have been there for awhile. However I refuse to go to this location now. There’s a new worker who is always on mobile orders who never makes my drinks right. The drink I order looks a specific way, it’s a layered drink. Every time she makes it it looks like a latte, or mixed together. Every time she works and makes my drink, I always have to have it remade. When she remakes it she makes it the same exact way, no improvements. I just have to take it I’m not going to ask for it to be remade three or four times. I’m convinced she doesn’t know how to make an iced brown sugar shaken espresso. No brown sugar flavor, it just taste like milk and coffee mixed. Im sure she doesn’t put the correct shots, it pretty much just taste like milk with a coffee flavor. She never puts the cold foam on top either, I don’t bother asking after I’ve been waiting 30+ minutes for a drink that doesn’t taste good. Added a picture for reference, left is how my drink is suppose to be made, right is how she makes it.

The cap came off and burned my mouth, hand and messed with my school papers. I noticed it is a very cheap plastic cap. I told them they said today we only have this. Be careful when your getting your coffee from here. Especially when you are driving. Terrible.

Ordered coffee through the drive through this morning, and the first time I didn’t check the label on the cup, it was wrong. I saw the girl look right at the label and said it was the drink I ordered.

Update, came by to get my drink and explained what happened. Sam only wanted to refund for less than the drink cost. I told him forget it, I paid the full and will not remove my review. Also your comment address doesn’t work. I won’t be back, and once my apt is depleted I will uninstall. Dutch Bros has better customer service!

Emmie was amazing! All the staff are great but she went over and beyond. Old fashioned amazing customer service. I told her what I liked and she created this beatiful drink. A+++
