I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kuya Ian’s, a Filipino restaurant that delivers authentic and flavorful dishes. I ordered the adobo chicken, along with a side of rice and noodles, and left thoroughly satisfied.

The adobo chicken was tender and rich with savory flavors, perfectly balanced with a tangy vinegar and soy sauce base that makes this dish a Filipino classic. The meat was cooked just right, absorbing the delicious marinade while remaining juicy and satisfying. Paired with the rice, it was comforting, hearty, and a great introduction to Filipino cuisine for anyone unfamiliar with it.

The noodles complemented the meal well, providing a different texture and taste that added depth to the overall dining experience. They were cooked nicely, neither too soft nor too firm, making them a versatile side dish.

Overall, Kuya Ian’s offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with authentic dishes that remind you of home-cooked meals. Whether you're craving a taste of Filipino comfort food or exploring it for the first time, this spot is worth checking out.

Wow great food. Got the trio. Maine picked were the special, pork sisig, and the fried fish. Highly recommend all three. The flan was also really good. Different than most in that it was more condensed which I really liked. Will def come back!

One of my clients told me about this place after a conversation about Filipino fried chicken. S/N: They do NOT sell fried chicken here. I asked and wish they did. We drove an hour and a half for our very first Filipino cuisine, and they did not disappoint! We were greeted with a smile. My wife got the Adobo chicken, I got the BBQ chicken (pictured), and my son got the adobo pork. All were amazing. My wife doesn't like dark meat, so we traded dishes. I actually wanted hers anyway. For dessert we got the flan and a couple other things that I can't pronounce. We will definitely take the drive again. If you've ever wanted to try it, don't miss this Kuya Ian's Bistro.

Lovely Filipino spot with the most patient and kind staff that is exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu and generous with recommendations that tasted fantastic! I sampled the lumpia shanghai, atchara salad, Fried Milkfish, menudo, and lechón kawali. While waiting for my food to be prepared I was ushered to the grocery store side of the building where I found my new favorite place to source sardines in tomato’s sauce with chili oil!
The telenovela playing on the television in the corner of the room was a delight.
Halo halo was the perfect refreshing yet rich dessert to finish my day.

Good place for Filipino food. After chatting with the gentleman at counter, the family was originally from Manila so they know how it should be cooked

Skewers were on the menu, but they served them without sticks (although we were notified in advance). The best before date for a Sriracha sauce was way too over (December 2021). Overall, the dish didn't have the depth of flavor I was expecting.

Modest establishment with outstanding food. We got the platter to share and everything had a well balanced flavor. You get a lot of food for the price. The egg rolls were some of the best I’ve ever had. Halo halo was light and refreshing. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

Ordered alacart and the portions were so small all five were as light as a feather ...71 US dollars?. I'm live in southern California and I'm used to SeaFood City portions but these portions were so small that 71 dollars worth didn't feed 5 seniors. We ended up eating left over Subway sandwiches to get full. They have something that translates into English as a native plate. There is no description of what this plate includes so I guess you have to call and ask. I just love talking on the phone(not). I'm assuming you had better know Tagalog to get the correct portion of whatever this plate includes. Thumbs down for this silly expensive place.
