This is the second year in a row we have purchased our tree from here.

Last year there were definitely delivery issues and a lack of communication - but the tree was the best we have ever had, so we thought we would give these guys a second chance. This year, the delivery issues seem to have been resolved - the experience has been very smooth from start to finish, and it’s another lovely tree.

Just sharing my experience as a contrast to some of the more negative reviews here. I've bought my Christmas tree from this supplier two years running. The trees have been lovely and very reasonably priced. This year I had a query so phoned customer service. I got through immediately and the guy I spoke to was extremely personable, patient and helpful about providing the information I was seeking - thank you.

Last year was a bit of a shambles but this year was super organised! They now have a tracking service so you can see exactly what time your tree will be delivered and see what number your tree is in the delivery queue. Ours was delivered yesterday as scheduled and the delivery guy was really nice and the tree is great. Will order again next year!

Never ordered a tree online before, always been to pick one out in person so had some trepidation. However, I don’t think it could have gone better. Brilliant quality tree and prompt and easy delivery. Would definitely order again.

Specifically paid for express delivery to arrive by noon. It got to 8PM and no tree in sight. No customer service response, and impossible to get a hold of anyone through the phone number provided.

It’s a scam! Please stay away from this company.

The owner replied to my original review above, stating this was due to an event. a/ My delivery was not scheduled for today, their response is therefore not applicable. b/ You cannot promise a paid service which you then don’t adhere to. They purposely state on bank references that the delivery is “free”, when it is paid for. c/ Interestingly, they are able to respond to google reviews but not answer the phone or respond to emails.

I re-iterate my above review. Stay away from this company, and if you have unfortunately been scammed by them - raise it with your bank immediately.

Absolutely terrible service. I paid for a tree last year that wasn't delivered. When I tried to call- and then email- to be reimbursed- in January, I received no reply. I emailed several times in the past twelve months but got no reply- not even an acknowledgement. So I lost the money I'd paid. I had to buy another tree from an other company, so ended up paying for two trees.

Do NOT trust this company. They can't cope with the workload at this time of year and have zero customer care. As another reviewer here notes, when things go wrong, the owner (Daniel Ferrari) just disappears off the face of the earth. As many people posted last year- and are already doing so now- do yourself a favour and order a tree from a creditable company.

Terrible customer service - tree was supposed to be delivered before 9.15am today and still no sign, with tracking now saying it will apparently be delivered at 10pm but no way of calling the company (the number listed doesn’t pick up or have voice mail) and zero response to any email contact. Have requested a refund but guessing will have to go through my bank as others have had to do. Definitely not reliable and probably a scam company.

We ordered the tree from Canada for my brother in London. Driver was amazing in the set up and the tree turned out spectacular
