I got a custom jacket embroidered for my partner and it came out perfect. Moe was so friendly and efficient. He kept me posted every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied. And was able to accomplish my request within a few days. So happy with my finished product. Highly recommend

Wonderful service with S A Embroidery. It was difficult to find a company that was able to embroider accents, or non romanized characters but S A Embroidery did it perfectly. Moe and Meera were very friendly and professional; providing me with colour options, fonts and a mock up before completing the embroidery. I am very happy with the end result. The embroidery is legible, and the Japanese characters are done accurately.
I definitely recommend this company for your next embroidered product.

I’ll definitely use S A Embroidery again. I only had one item to embroider, but they were very quick with it, and did an excellent job.
My one concern is that they use a computer to match the embroidery thread to the colour of jacket. It wasn’t the exact match I was looking for - a tone on tone effect. But the colour they chose worked surprisingly well...so well in fact it makes me wonder if it wasn’t the better choice...?

Moe was quick to answer the phone and tend to my custom order needs. Quick turn around time and very good bang for buck. Only downside is coordinating the custom item embroidery can be tricky at times because it is not done on site. Will definitely be back if I need this service again.
