I went into Salata tonight wanted a good fresh salad for dinner got a regular size salad with seafood and chicken they charged me $29 . Which I was ok because I usually get a salad thru be delicious and fresh. But I came home to eat it I had two long piece of black hair in my salad . I am not satisfied paid all that money thin hair in my food not good . Will not be back for a longggggggg while ?

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The staff at Salata on Holcombe were shockingly rude from the moment I walked in. When I asked for extra dressing, they tried to charge me for it, which has never been a problem at any other location. But the worst part? The food tasted absolutely disgusting—so bad that I literally lost my voice and almost choked while eating it! When I went to the staff, visibly struggling and clearly upset, they showed zero concern. They refused to take the salad back or replace it with something edible. It was like they didn’t care at all that I could’ve seriously choked on their food. The lack of care and basic customer service was infuriating. This place is an absolute joke, and I will never step foot in there again. Stay away.

I’m a regular customer that goes to Salata a few times a month.
But on 7/26/24 they did not give me enough protein on my salad. They didn’t give me a full scope. So I asked could the worker Jonah Please could I have a little bit more protein. He rudely says I’m gonna charge you extra.
I said just for a little bit more you’re going to charge me extra? So I told him no thanks because he clearly was rude and had an attitude from the start. The other workers are great, but this was a clear indication he does not want to go above and beyond for the customer, especially a customer who spends my money on the product. Instead of him being kind and gracious. Johan did not sell anything because he refused to honor the request, and he was seeking me to pay more for a small portion of protein. Also, the restaurant was not busy and only one other customer was in the store.
The the salad was wasted because it was not purchased by me. Instead he would rather waste product then fullfill a customer request.
I will not be going to this location unless they correct this behavior.

This use to be my favorite location but today when I made an order the lady was rude and forgot to put my salad dressing on the side so I didn’t have ANY salad dressing. I had to go back in and then she had an attitude again! So irritated with them. Everything else was great. It was clean as always and everyone else appeared to be friendly and nice.

Awesome place reminds me of a salads and more but less soups. Build your own Salas place, not much to see everyone should know what a salad looks like.

A little pricey, but delicious! Staff was understanding about it being our first time, even when we changed our order halfway through. All in all, really fresh and good, fast, and lots of ingredients to choose from. Would definitely come back.
